        Overall

        Glad I found Expert-Reputation, which provides me e-mailed reports of all online patient reviews- Google Plus, Yelp, Wellness, you name it- of practice performance. Happily my reviews have been both positive and growing, yet it is reassuring to know that Expert-Reputation will alert me to a less-than-favorable review and provide specific tools to mitigate it.



        Bottom line: it's great to feel informed and empowered about your online business reviews, which are increasingly the driver of practice maintenance and growth, and, by the way, can suggest areas for practice improvement. It's all well-worth the inexpensive monthly premium.
