The best! R & D Pest Services will take care of your pest issues. I've been using the same company for months and I am officially pest free! They are great at answering your questions and are considerate of your family with their low volume method (I have 2 kids and a dog). Better than the bigger companies!

We have been using R & D Pest Services for over 4 years and are very satisfied with their work. They always call before they come; they check with us to see if there are any problems. They spray inside as well as outside if you request. They are courteous and careful of your belongings and property. Most important, ants and other pests are minimal since we started their service. And when we do see pests, they are eliminated quickly. We also appreciate the newsletter R & D provides. It is informative and helpful.

I had an ant problem. R&D took care of it; simple as that. Initially, ants were just outside and I didn't think much of it; occasionally sprayed some stuff from Lowe's around the perimeter of my house. They gradually started to make it into the house, first a few scouts in the living room, then trail in the kitchen and bedrooms upstairs.



Called up R&D, Dave & Marco sprayed the outside only with Termidor and said this would take care of the indoor problem too (I really didn't want anything sprayed in the house). They said if in 7 days, you see 2 ants, that's too much. They were right.



Problem solved, no more headaches. Very professional, responsive, and effective.

We have used R& D Pest for many years and have been extremely happy with their services. They are always on schedule to keep the pests away. They use the pest chemicals that do the job but leave no odor.

Great service. Very professional and reliable.

We chased the ants around the inside of our house for the past two summers. When they arrived in our pantry again this year, my wife said, “Not again, make the call”. I called R&D pest control because I saw some of my neighbors in Scripps Ranch had used them. I wanted a company that would do a one time service, which R&D offers. When I found out they also offer regular service WITHOUT a one year service contract like the other guys, I said, “Sign me up!” They came out and sprayed for ants and silverfish and two days later there were no more ants in the house and no more ant trails outside. One month later and still no ants, what a difference from the last couple of years! Now I have a “happy wife and a happy life” thanks to R&D pest control.

I have used R&D for 13 years and they have not missed a scheduled time and have always gotten rid of ants, spiders, etc. Great service. They come out immediately for gophers, etc. Recommend them highly.

The response I received from R&D was stellar! When ants were swarming over my kitchen counters and even in my laundry, Dave came out within a few hours and treated the outside of my home. He even turned my patio furniture over to check for spiders and wiped away every web! The treatment I received was courteous and professional and within a few hours the ants and spiders were GONE! A few weeks later some trees were removed nearby and seemed to create a disturbance causing ants to return. Once again Dave responded promptly and took care of them at no charge.

R&D Pest Services is fantastic! We've had the service for a little over a year now, and we have had nothing but a positive experience! Dave comes to our house every other month and does a great job! We had a huge ant problem before using R&D. We tried to fix the problem ourselves with poison that we bought from Home Depot or Lowe's. After a year of being an R&D customer we now know we can't fix the problem ourself. A professional is needed in order to get rid of the pests completely. Now we have no ants and even no more spiders! We also had a rat problem around our house and in our attic. Dave was able to set traps and tell us what we needed to do to keep them away.



Dave is very reliable and very knowlegdeable. If we call about a bee or ant problem, he comes within 24 hours and fixes the problem. R&D is so professional in the way they handle the customer's situations and concerns about pests. We recommend R&D to all our family and friends, and we will definitely continue to use R&D Pest Services.

I purchased a house, and my wife found that we had an ant problem. We checked this site, and decided to give R&D a chance to see if they were as good as anyone else said they were. Dave came over, and got his job done. Since then, we have not seen any ants not only inside our house but in our patio neither.



My HOA uses different company to take care of our rat issue, but Dave showed me that the rat trap set outside of my house was old, which seemed like being left untouched for years. I did not hesitate to ask him to set up their trap, which would be checked bimonthly by R&D with very reasonable fees.
