They came to my house and did a whole walk through letting me know how much lighting I would need and how I can fit all my tables & chairs. The day of my Event the Delivery people were so friendly and they even helped me setup some items I had at the house. I will definitely use them again for my party needs and I would highly recommend them for everyone.

"After I learned that my caterer was charging a little bit too much for rental items I decided to get a quote from Platinum. I emailed them on a weekend and received a quote the next day! The ladies that I had the pleasure of emailing with were fantastic and changed my quote every time I asked for a change with no complaint. I was able to make changes up to one week before the wedding. They were also very helpful with picking out colors! They even delivered the day before our wedding and picked up the next day with no charge. The delivery truck arrived during our rehearsal dinner and they unloaded everything without us being there (no cellphone service in the area). They even went above and beyond and set up some of the tables (usually an extra charge). They delivery and pickup crew were hard working and professional.

We even had a little mix up and getting a refund was very simple. Thank you everyone at platinum, you made our wedding stress free :)"

The table cloths were in perfect condition and all the sizes were correct. They even provided a few extra linens in the event we had more tables at the last minute. Clean chairs. Early for delivery. Good prices. And they helped me move my patio furniture.

I used Platinum for my wedding just last weekend. They were running a $5 Chiavari Chair special in January, so I booked them. It turned out to cost considerably more than $5 with delivery, set up, elevator charge, and a late-evening pickup. But I guess everybody charges for that stuff. The chairs were ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! The delivery guys were early for delivery and for pickup. Oh, and I think their address is wrong on this website???

What a great bunch of guys! I worked with Gary. He helped me plan my entire wedding. He suggested caterers (We went with Concept Catering by CK, who were also Excellent!) He set me up with ideas of how to save money, and he found me a day-of coordinator. The delivery staff went above and beyond, and the equipment was immaculate. I am really impressed with this company. From start to finish everyone was so sincere about wanting to help rather than just making a sale. I give them 5 stars!

My experience was almost as great as last time. These guys are really fair and honest, which to me is more important than anything else.

We rented a few items from Platinum for our wedding. The service was warm, friendly, and helpful. Their prices were very competitive and the merchandise was in good condition.

I recently rented chairs and tables from this place for a business meeting. I picked the items up myself but was very pleased with their service overall. Pick up was easy and convenient and the customer service was friendly yet efficient. I felt the prices were competitive and will use them again in the future.
