Hi, I had problems claiming this site as the business owner, but finally have done so. The phone number yp had was not a working number but the current number is the correct one. The correct number is also on all the equipment at the car wash. The $10 charge for credit card was a pending charge and is cleared after one business day. I just don't understand why there is no working phone number. The new owner even wrote a review to someone that says it rings directly to their cell, yet the phone rings and rings and then sounds like a fax machine modem. I get it, "It's self service" but really, its a business, there should still be a point of contact. Makes no sense. luvndaj23@aol.com is my email owner of this business. Please contact me, I just want to know if you have a lost and found or if anyone has turned anything into you. Someone stole my cell phone while I was washing my car at your place. I am hoping someone nice outthere felt so terrible they would turn it in. I dont care about the phone. I just want all the memories stored in it.

My money taken 2 ways, no phone response



I put $2 in the machine (said to buy 4 minutes wash) to buy card. No good instructions seen anywhere. It dispensed card then display said funds not sufficient Put debit card in: BIG MISTAKE. No instructions, it acted as if nothing had happened, but took $10 from ,my bank account. Called business number; rings and rings, then modem sound, then nothing.

There machine ate my 8 quarters and the machine indicated that another 25 cents needed to be deposited. I put another quarter in the machine and it gave me the same message, "need 25 cents more." The phone number at the establishment is wrong. When you call, it sounds like a fax machine. There appears to be no way to get a refund. What's worse, a local man came up to me and says the owner shows up to collect the money every day but that the machine/car wash hanger that I was in was always broken. It just takes people's money and the owner never tries to get it fixed.
