Doesn't my headline say it all? ;) You will not find another attorney in San Diego who is so easy to talk to, very understanding (esp. didn't have the attitude of "oohh..i'm a lawyer, i graduated top in my class.. i have a law degree.. and i'm looking down at you!") Haa.. (sorry.. bad experience with previous attorneys I met with) I can sincerely say that Mr. Kretsch knows the bankruptcy law inside and out; he demonstrated high level of self confidence and very professional. Oh and did I mention.. he's fees are more than reasonable (compare to other attorneys I met with) for the amount of responsibilities he was willing to accept. I tell ya.. MR. KRETSCH = DEBT FREE=STRESS FREE!!!! R E C O M M E N D E D!!!!!

I would definitely recommend Mr. Kretsch to anyone who need a highly qualified and professional bankruptcy attorney. If you seek a dedicated attorney who will work on your case like it's his only case.. I would suggest you contact Mr. Kretsch without hesitation and do not bother checking and/or searching for any other attorneys/firms, that you would probably end up calling several times a day to simply check the progress/status of your own case--that's if you do not reach an answering machine or a secretary who will put you on hold f-o-r-e-v-e-r and get back on the line to tell you, your attorney "isn't available at the moment, may I take a message". ARRRGGGHHH right??



Additionaly, Mr. Kretsch paid very close attention to every details on my case (a total mess), he was a great listener as well--I mention this because I'm a talker (ok more of a whinner! Lol!) and Mr. Kretsch sat patiently and listened to me yap :) He sure went beyond his call of duty!



He was able to file my case immediately, without any complications and with very little effort on my end :) Mr. Kretsch sure put all my financial worries at ease!
