This company was excellent when it came to communication. They always expedited to call me back. I truly appreciate that there was always a supervisor there that spoke English. The supervisor was always on board or called me immediately. I was afraid because there are not a lot of people who you can trust when it comes to taking care of your house, but Pacific Homeworks assured me that they had the backing of their company and worked very well with me. Mark Reeves, the sales representative, went over our finances with us and assured me that everything would be done the way the company and I expected it to be done. They followed through with everything. Everyone that worked on my house would always come up to introduce themselves. There is nothing negative about this company. I am impressed with the way they presented themselves.

Nick was willing to answer our questions and always returned our phone calls promptly. He was always on top of the process. Thank you Nick for your persistence in obtaining the garage door replacement.

We just had our kitchen cabinets redone by them. It looks awesome. Everybody we dealt with was great, from the estimate at the beginning to the follow up at the end with Angelique in customer service. This was the second project they have done for us, the first was a reroof that was great.

I've had Pacific Homeworks install windows and sliding doors in my house each year for the past 3 years. On each occasion, the price was favorable, everyone arrived on time, and the work was done with competence and professionalism.
After the installation last year, I began to receive phone calls from the marketing department regarding additional work. The representatives wouldn't take no for an answer. The calls finally stopped after I threatened to file a complaint.
I've been especially pleased with Pacific Homeworks' customer service. They have been responsive to my queries and have come out to check latches or other details on request. On one occasion, a window developed some internal moisture and they replaced it right away, no questions asked.
In my opinion, their marketing department uses methods that are repellent. But I'm quite happy with their prices and the quality of their work. I would definitely use them again.

I am writing to commend 2 of your employees, Frank and Jose who recently finished apply the Tx Cote process to our home. These 2 men were diligent and thorough in their approaches to each and every step of the process. They were ready and willing to "go the extra mile" with a smile when such was required. They gave us a sense that they were both experienced and had that old fashioned pride of achievement - of a job well done. They were knowledgeable and comfortable when talking to us and that made information flow back and forth relaxed and successful. Frank and Jose related how to keep water away from footings to avoid stucco damage as well as other tips to keep the finish in good shape for years to come. Our experience is that this sort of ability and attitude is not common these days and Frank and Jose put a good face to the firm.

My boyfriend and I want to thank you for the great job you and your team of workers did on our roof. We got a lot of estimates from various companies, and didn't feel comfortable with what they said and how they were going to do the work, expect your company. Even then, once we had our initial meeting and felt you were the one we'd go with, we still researched your company, as any new homeowners would, and you didn't mind at all. Like you explained, after the horrible fires a few years ago there were lots of horror stories of not so ethical companies out there taking advantage of people who had already suffered enough, so we wanted to work with a reputable company. We are both very pleased with the results and our new home looks better than ever!

I am very satisfied with the patio cover that was installed by Pacific Homeworks. It is a good-sized design with a sky light strip running down the middle. The patio cover has stopped the chronic leaking experienced with my previous patio cover, looks attractive and provides light.

Felix is the best. This is one of the best stores I have been in. Staff is exceptional and they understand what customer service really means.

I am very happy with windows that we had installed. It has added value to the home. Everyone that lives in the home is pleased with the noise reduction and the thermal reduction.
