Quality windows for my house

I am satisfied with the quality of the windows that you installed in my house. They look absolutely great and I was surprised to see that they behave really well even as a year has passed since installing them.

No condensation here

I know that some Atrium windows have condensation problems. With your assistance I managed to actually avoid these problems and I know that things will improve as time passes and I learn how to manage this problem totally efficient.

They are also Pacific Remodeling Group which is the company that approached us.



Jermaine Franklin, the salesman who talked my mother (a 65 yr old woman) into repainting her house and re installing insulation is a liar and a swindler.



My mother told him that she had no money for this and he offered her a finance deal that she decided she couldn't pass up. He told her that she would not have to pay for 18 months and that the company wouldn't charge her interest because she was a senior citizen. The deal included both the house painting and insulation. After they painted the house she got a bill for twice the amount that he quoted her. She talked to several people at the company about the deal he offered her and they told her it didn't exist. She asked to speak with him and he came back to the house and told her that he didn't offer her this deal and that the insulation was a second price not included in the number he originally told her. My mother said she wouldn't give him anymore money and that she wouldn't pay the interest either because of the deal. He told her he'd take her to court.



Unfortunately, my mother did not get his offer in writing when he told her this and believed that he was a good person. She was naive for doing this, but watch out for this guy.



This company and this man are predators.

Pacific installed a few sets of Atrium windows. Good quality windows and they were installed quick. After they left, there was not much clean up to do and the quality of the service was great. I will call Pacific Home Remodeling to install new patio enclosure.

If it weren’t for your lovely crew, my kitchen will still be a mess today. I started remodeling it myself, which was a bad idea. Your workers simply came in and fixed all the mess I made. This was great and I appreciate you for that. Only do your own remodeling if you know what to do. Unlike me, I will call Pacific Home Remodeling to do the job!

I wish there was a negative star on yelp. I have also experienced the same things as past yelpers. Their sales people are nuts. They gave me a quote for air conditioning and even after their $6000 discount it was still at least $4000 more than home depot. Now they they won't leave me alone. I bet you could tell them you are drowning in debt. Or you're not the home owner and they would still try to set an appointment. This has to fall under criminal harassment. We should get a huge group together to go downtown and file a group restraining order but we wouldn't all fit in the building. What new kind of crazy is this??? Keeping rabid dogs in the front yard doesn't seem so crazy anymore. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR PHONE NUMBER! There is no way I would ever give these nut jobs my money.

FYI EVERYONE, this business appears to be operating under a new name (but with the same tactics) - Pacific Remodelers Group.



I had a door-to-door visit from a salesman of theirs (PRG) last night and agreed to talk about a quote today. Being the good Yelper I am, I came here afterwards to do my research. Couldn't find the company, but I did see this one. After reading a few of the reviews, I suspected they were the same, but I did some more homework.



Turns out that http://pacificremodelers… and http://pacifichomeremode… are both registered with the same mailing address and the same registrant phone number. The smoking gun has been found!



No wonder the sales guy said repeatedly that I was free to research them online, but "don't confuse us with any other company with Pacific in the name. It's a very common prefix to use, like California." Busted!



Thank you, fellow yelpers, for alerting me to this company's terrible practices. I will be canceling my appointment and blocking their phone number!
