Every time I go to In N Out Burgers, I ask myself-- where do they find and train these people to look, talk, and serve the way they do. I am amazed when I come across such good service. I just had my house serviced by Joshua's Pest Control. They were referred to me by my neighbors, and I am very satisfied with their service.



Our technician was Chris L, and he arrived early, and explained the process to me before he started. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly.



After he was done with the service, Chris told me what to expect, and told me to call if there was any evidence of any bugs in our home.



if you ever have a pest problem in your home, do not hesitate to call Joshua's, and ask for Chris L, in particular. You will not be disappointed.

Sean was very polite and thorough in his explanation of the services provided for the visit and in the execution of the service as well.

Dan came out to the house today and did a great job. He's come out before and he has always been very pleasant and courteous. He's professional and he always takes the time to explain everything that he's doing to us.

We've been using Joshua's for about 7 years now, and they have always been available when we needed them. The do an excellent job keeping any and all pests at bay around our place! We also use Joshua's for Termite Service and I can highly recommend that service too!

Joshua B. Always does a great job. He always asked if there is anything else that he can do. It's nice to be using a company with REAL customer service, that's not seen much these days. I've been very happy since switching over to Joshua's pest control, after using another major company that would charge me & not spray. I will continue being a loyal customer.

Don't know who this Mark V. guy is in all the reviews cause I'm not sure I've met him in the several years we've been using Joshua's. But he can't be better than Joshua B.. I'll take him any day. He's professional, conscienscious, and knowlegeable about the critters that we have a lot of. Or should I say "had". We are on the edge of a wild life preserve and Joshua is doing a great job of keeping it right there where it belongs.

Joshua's provides professional yet friendly service. You speak to a person not a machine. The technician (Dan) was and always is the best. He ensured any concerns I had were addressed.

Sean M. is our technician and he is awesome. He takes his time and listens to my concerns and addresses the issues that we have. He then takes the time to tell me what he has done to the property. Joshua's Pest control is very patient with me and always accommodating our needs and gets out to our house as soon as possible.

Mark V. is our technician. He is awesome! He goes the extra mile to insure that we are happy, all is in order and everything is done to our liking. He is knowledgeable and very nice. Before we had Joshuas, we were with a big company that was very rude and didn't care about their customers. Joshuas is not like that. Everyone we have dealt with has been wonderful. We hope to be with Joshuas for a long time and I hope Mark V. is with Josuas for a very long time to come! Thanks Mark. :)

I've been using Joshua's Pest Control for the past 4 years. Their prices are very reasonable, the techs are polite and friendly. Today Josh H. took care of our quarterly service and did an excellent job. He followed up with some questions from the last time he was here and remembered my special needs regarding my animals. Joshua's Pest Control has been great, especially technician Mark V. He is always on time, takes care of any pest problem we have and we usually don't see Mark or Joshua's until our next quarterly appointment. Would recommend Joshua's, especially Mark V. to neighbors and friends.

Great service (particularly by Mark V) and very thorough. We have had some problems with rodents, but since Mark installed the rat bait box, no more problems. Mark also has loads of advice to keep prevent pests from breeding, etc. Ever since we've been using Joshua's Pest Control, we've not had a bug/pest inside the house!
