This place has people up at all hours of the night. They are loud, always smoking, rude, and destructive. They broke the fence down between the neighbors yard and theirs with a brick. The people who run this place seem to only care about collecting there money. This place is a JOKE. Daniel who "runs" the place has not set any rules for these people, they disrupt the neighborhood and get no punishment. The residence will ask for money if they see you outside. They go to the neighbors doors asking for money or they have a crazy story and they just want attention. The "patient" need to be put in a hospital setting where they have rules and supervision. It needs to be shut down a single FAMILY oriented homes are not meant to house mentally unstable people. I wish this place was closed and a family would move in so the neighbors could feel safe and not have to worry about mentally unstable people walking around their cars/house destroying property. This place was one BAD IDEA
