Discovered Dr. Howard and the Eyecare Plus office by accident but what a stroke of luck. This office has everything you could ask for in an optical shop. I got my contact lenses in my first visit and at a really great price. I also had a very complete, high tech eye exam which gave me the best vision I have ever had. took my dad in when he was having trouble reading, and now he LOVES his new glasses. Got any eyecare problem, go to Dr. Howard's EYEcare Plus in San Diego.. They are really great.

I started my search for a good eye doctor five years ago, and I was surprised when several of my new coworkers recommended the same office, Dr. Robert Howard. I wear glasses and contact lenses, so I needed to find a good doctor who was also affordable and conveniently located. Well, this is the place. I have been going to Dr. Howard's Eyecare Plus for four years, and I couldn't be happier. I love the fact that they have an eyeglass lab right in the office, so they can make me a new pair of glasses in about half and hour. And they keep a huge inventory of contacts in stock too, so I can usually come by anytime and get a new supply.

When i was away on vacation and my lenses got lost on the plane, Dr. Howard's staff mailed me new lenses to my hotel! I have now referred several of my neighbors and friends to this office, and we have all been really pleased.

I recommend Dr. Howard highly as a caring doctor with reasonable fees and a great group of knowledgable assistants to help you.

Dr. Robert Howard has been my optometrist for more than 10 years. I have referred numerous friends, neighbors and co workers and we are all super happy with the quick service, wide selection of frames and the friendly staff. I have never received as thorough an eye exam as I have from Dr. Howard, and my contact lenses work great! My husband got his new glasses there and they were ready with his new prescription in less than an hour. We love this doctor, and we wouldn't go anywhere else!!

I love this place. Low fees on contacts and glasses. Helpful staff and on site lab. They take almost every insurance that there is!!
