If there was a no star or negative star rating option, I'd mark it! This company is very disorganized, negative, lacks appropriate responding time, terrible communication, and unwilling to work with in you. Craig believes making things easier for him instead of working with a renter to make it easier on both parties, is how to do things. I had to pull teeth to get something done, once even had to get legal, city officers involved, and it wasn't until then that things got taken care of. Terribly maintained company. If you leave a message, don't expect a call back within a timing manner, they'll get back to you when they feel like it, or don't feel like it... and then when you call back the next day to get the answer your looking for, you get attitude. And they will find any way to jip you of your money, so keep everything (bills, letters, etc).
