I have fun, making people have fun and being in shape as a result of it. Working out outdoors in our San Diego "paradise" is all I need to have a fulfilled life. I hope you become one of my clients to exercise and enjoy our SD with me. Being healthy was never more fun!! I have been a trainer for 9 years and with all this experience I learned that exercise should not be boring. I make everything upbeat and fun. Join me.         Overall

        Fabiola is a great personal trainer and salsa instructor specializing in many of the current fitness programs. Plus she will spend the time to help with your food and dieting to reach maximum results. I highly recommend her to any seeking to improve their fitness and overall health wellness.
