Love, love, love Linda and her design abilities. I had no idea what I wanted in my bedroom, office or kitchen. She made the process simple and seamless. Linda was super helpful on the shades design for our house (20+ windows and a few sliding doors) when we moved in back in 2012, she is keen on understanding what our needs and budgets are and tailored a plan for us perfectly. I was originally referred to Linda Allen at Budget Blinds in November 2004 by a good friend who had ordered window coverings for her last house and current house. She raved about Linda's fantastic prices, generous advice on what would best complement her interior, and the impressively high quality of the window coverings she purchased. I was excited to work with Linda on my house too, as I needed blinds throughout the house, and on a second occasion, shades for my french doors.



My experience in working with Linda to place two separate orders was exactly the same; highly professional service, very competitive pricing, and I cannot tell you how pleased we are with the blinds and french door shades we ordered. Linda was a delight to work with every step of the way. I would never buy window coverings anywhere else.



Flash forward to June 2012 - my son was closing the french door shades with way too much force on the cord, and the cord broke. It was totally our fault. I called Linda expecting to order new ones, or at the very least, ask for a service repair call. We had far exceeded the 5 year warranty, yet she generously offered to extend to me the Budget Blinds one-time "No questions asked" warranty that allowed me a replacement set for FREE!!! You cannot imagine how thrilled I was, as I had expected to spend several hundred dollars on a new set of shades. This certainly demonstrates Linda's (and Budget Blinds) honesty and integrity, as I would have surely placed an order anyhow for the replacement set - giving her a third sale.



In today's world, this kind of honest, down to earth, "let me take care of you on this one" gesture is rare. I cannot possibly gush enough about how much I appreciated her extending this warranty to me, when she could have just as easily not mentioned it and taken the sale. I highly recommend you work with Linda.

I waited a very long time until we even HAD a budget to swap out the cheapest, ugliest ecru blinds in our home we purchased 3 years ago. I had a lot of time to research options and companies. When the tax return fairies arrived this year, I knew what I wanted and Budget Blinds had great reviews, plus I had a 30% off coupon from one of those local mailer things that I usually throw out.



The consultation was fun, the consultant was very knowledgable and answered all of my very precise questions, and it went by quickly. I knew the going price range - it came in within a low market rate (especially considering installation is included) after the coupon, and now I just was so excited for the blinds to come!



I ended up going for a nice white, untextured faux wood blind. The day after they were in stock Bob came out to install them and did the most excellent job. He was very careful and precise and spent a lot of extra time and care trimming the headers to fit our windows that end in corners (5 of 9 total!)



I could not be happier with the results. My house looks totally different, and definitely for the better. It's even better than I had imagined!

After two exorbitant quotes from other businesses, we came across Budget blinds. Trent was patient and very good with going through many different options with us to meet our budget. We ordered cellular shades and shutters. Both came right on schedule and we were apprised through the process by Linda. Bob, who installed our shutters and blinds, did a great job. He was very accommodating with my daughters' nap times and the noise and I really appreciated his concern. The shutters and blinds look great. Highly recommend!

When I bought my house 6 years ago, the sales office recommended Linda Allen from Budget Blinds. I ended up having her do all of the blinds in my home. She was very customer oriented and the guy who came out to install was very nice, clean cut, professional, etc. Recently my housekeepers damaged one of my blinds -- broke one of the slats and messed up the pull string so that it raised only one side. Anyway, I called Linda to see if she could fix it. She came out, basically untied everything, adjusted it and then re-tied - and now it is perfect. She is very nice -- you can tell she is the business owner and that it is important to service her customers and earn their repeat business and referrals. I would highly recommend her.
