THEY ARE GOOD PEOPLE THERE. HAVE YOU SEEN WHERE THEY ARE LOCATED, RIGHT ACROSS FROM VICTORIA GARDENS. OH NOOOO THAT'S WHY THEY HAVE TO BE THAT WAY, YOU JUST NEED TO ADJUST TO IT, THE FOOD IS REALLY GREAT AND THE PRICES ARE OUTSTANDING, GIVE THEM A BREAK, BE NICE. LOVE THEM, DON'T HATE THEM...LOVE THIS PLACE

Great food BUT the WORST customer service! My family and I visited this restaurant and the GIRL at the counter has a bad attitude! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills whatsoever! Calling her drive-thru customers NAMES because they complained about her bad service! People from the restaurant talking like if they are at their back yard not a business. The person who seem to be the owner was on the phone the entire time, like "who cares about the customers" SAD! But as for me the 1st and last time I bring my family! I rather visit any restaurant on Hospitality Lane where you will get the service we ALL deserve. Afterall we are not eating for FREE and their paychecks come from US customers. Just wanted to share and make you all aware.
