        waste of time

        horrible service, after waiting half an hour. i went up to the counter to check on my order. i was told something happenened to where the order was missed. ( i ordered from the counter dont get how that happens) i was told they would make it now and have it out to me asap. had my number card right on the table, and still ended up waitin another 20 minutes. went back up to check on the order and was informed that they couldnt find me and some how my order magically dissappeared. so they made it for a third time(10 more minute). i mean i know things happen, but when the people there try and make it seem like its the customers fault that their incompatent, it just makes the whole organization look bad. Ill NEVER eat from in here again.

It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
