The staff was great and really friendly. I am very happy with the office hours and the selection of eyeglass frames. The office was incredibly comfortable and clean and I will definitely return!

The only issue that I came across was that my name was not correct in the chart. That was fixed in about 20 seconds and all else was perfect! Thank you!! I will definitely be back!!

The staff and optometrist were all very friendly. Even the staff on the glasses area are awesome! Great place for glasses!

I loved their hi tech facility and the care they provided to me and my family! They helped getting insurance coverage verification, called to remind us of our exams and welcomed us to The Vision Source. I got glasses with many to choose from and my wife got colored contacts. Reasonable prices and 2 year warrranty on glasses! Great place to bring your family!

Read with interest and can not believe this chap wrote in a review that they spelled his name wrong!! I can't spell Issac either! So much for good patient care and a quality eye exam and services. I see this business has been around since 1984 and now have 3 top notch doctors so their concern for customer care must be pretty good to last that long. Guess he just wanted to see his name on the internet trashing this fine doctor and staff. I reads his other reviews and he likes mexican restaurants and Mariachi bands and wonder if he knows anything about professional doctors' office? Keep up the restaurant reviews, but try some higher priced restaurants so we can hear you bash them too!!

Great selection of frames and Tom knows his stuff. Plenty of frames to choose from and never have seen a travel agency- GAMC Travel in a doctors office! Pretty cool!
The staff seemed warm and friendly to me and welcomed and thanked me for my business. More than I can say I experienced at the McDonalds drive thru the other day for breakfast!!

I found they took my VSP insurance and had all waiting for me when I arrived. Fancy eye equipment and the latest in technology. Best exam I ever had and the doctor- Opland explained all in great detail. Many selections in their eyewear and Tom helped me pick out a pair in no time. I loved the Halloween decorations and will tell all my friends from work to use their VSP insurance here!!

I have been to many eye doctors through the years and find that Dr. Palys gives one of the best exams I have ever had. she has the latest in equipment, over 1,000 frames in her optical and her husband has his Travel Agency in the Vision Source Visit. He showed me me cruise alternatives and helped me book a cruise in the Caribbean and gave me a "Vision Source" discount. This is the place to have your eyes examined, buy your sun wear and book a trip or cruise with one stop shopping!

I had read the reviews about slow service before going to this Vision Source, so I asked the staff to help me schedule my appointments away from busy times. They have done this willingly, and I've never had to wait more than five minutes to be seen. I have had my choice of appointment times, too, often the next day.
I've always had a problem with nearsightedness, but now my "reading" vision is going (farsightedness). The first set of contacts Dr. Palys prescribed just didn't work for me. If I concentrated, I could read with them, but my vision seemed blurry off and on, as if I were underwater. I thought that's just what I had to deal with now that I'm older, and Dr. Palys could have pointed out that my eye tests with them were 20/20 and convinced me to keep them. Or she could have talked me into more expensive bifocal contacts. Instead, she worked with me for over an hour (on a *free* follow-up visit!), checking the fit and prescription with various machines. She decided that my new contacts were flexing a little, messing up my view each time I blinked, and we also sacrificed a tiny bit of clarity on far distant vision in order to bring the reading vision in clearly.
My new contacts are *perfect*! All for the same cost as the old contacts, an even swap, with no charge for all that extra time and all those extra machines and printouts. Dr. Palys listens to her patients, and that makes me a loyal and very happy customer.

This location provided poor service on the phone and was the impression was reconfirmed during the actual appointment. Last names were spelled incorrectly, other info was wrong, but above all, the attitude at reception was cold and unfriendly, as if the clients were imposing on their social time.
The doctor, on the other hand was highly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Excellent in all respects. However, what affects most businesses survival rate is whether customers feel comfortable and cared for throughout the process.
The front office personnel seem not to have an idea as to what good customer service and socially acceptable manners are. On pick up day for my lenses, the receptionist was more concerned about laughing stridently with a fellow worker while ignoring clients waiting for at least a cold "hello." Truly amazing! As I spoke, she replied immediately, as not to be bothered, "Please sign in on the log!"
Why spend money on expensive brochures and mailings when you can invest in training your personnel better or getting better educated help and prevent your clients from going to a small clinic where people care about their customers?
Their cost here? A customer who plans to buy new glasses and additional contact lenses, and one who is loyal forever to businesses that provide great customer service.
