Villas of St Moritz

Company litters the streets with illegally placed bandit signs. Code enforcement called several times about the blight of their bandit signs on Babcock and on the 400 block of Hamilton Wolfe. They even had them placed in the median in disregard to state law. If they disrepect city code on bandit signs what other laws are they currently violating? Must be Hillary rodham Clinton supporters because like Hillary they think they are above the law.

The reviews below are old and before new company bought them out. I've heard great things about this Blanca, but she is no longer here. Colleen is still here with assistant manager Regina. I have never lived at a complex with such lousy Management! Several residents have heard Regina talk about how she hates dealing with the residents. Have heard Colleen say a good day is a day without complaints/concerns from residents. If they feel this way, why don't they leave! It's just a paycheck to them, they could careless about anything else. These concerns have been presented to owners and management company and they have done nothing! We have had several break-ins into vehicles, several burglaries into the apartments/homes.

Theft Car broken into- Between BLDG 4 & 5 Nov. 8 11:00pm.



Burglary/Vandalized-Laundry Room - Oct.30- Coin slots broken into and money taken. (Weekday, time unknown)



Burglary/Front Door kicked in- BLDG 4- Oct.29 Major theft of property- Weekday 8-4.



UPS Packages Missing- Office- Oct.27 & Oct.24- Signature required packages delivered to office, resident received text message stating package had been delivered to office with signature. Resident attempted to pick up from office, package could not be located. Both packages contained electronics missing/gone. Weekday 8-5



Theft - Truck broken into- Between BLDG 4 & 5- Oct.23- Theft of belongings in bed of truck, put into another truck and covered with tarp. Sat. morning 4:30am-witnessed.



Theft – Grand Theft of Motorcycle –Laundry Room Area – Oct. - Heavy chain cut. 12am-6am



Theft – Truck broken into – BLDG 4 Oct 1 – Equipment & tools stolen. Tues. 12am-6am



Theft – Truck broken into – BLDG 4 Sept. 28 – Equipment & tools stolen. Sat. 12am-6am



Burglary/Theft – BLDG 10 – August - Kitchen window broken for entry. Major theft of property. Weekday 8:30am-4:30pm.



Burglary/Theft – BLDG 11- August – Bedroom window broken for entry. Major theft of property. Weekday 8:30am-4:30pm.



Homicide – BLDG 10 – (2010) – One person killed



Double Homicide –BLDG 18– (2006) -Police involved homicide, Police Officer and Fugitive killed.





HUGE problems with feral cats, couple of residents continuously feed the cats. Causing other problems... raccoons, skunks, possums. People have been sprayed by the skunks and when reported to office, they say there's nothing we can do for you.

Colleen had repeatedly stated she was going to fine/evict if they continue to put cat food out. Again she does nothing, no follow through on anything she says.

I love this place! I've lived here going on 2 years and plan on renewing. It's a quiet complex, friendly tenants and staff. Very secure place to live and a really beautiful complex.
