this insurance company has informed me I need to sue their customer cuz they will not pay to have my car fixed or give me replacement value. I am now going after the guy who rear ended my car for damages and am requesting charges of not have insurance that meet state minimums. This company seems VERY shady. If you want a company with morals, integrity, and enough honor to stand up for you then I suggest looking for a different one. Maybe Geiko.

A great bank. The membership that I received through my Grandfather is just another thing I'm thankful that he passed down to me. They offer some of the best rates and services around. Membership is difficult to obtain, but highly valued.

A USAA policy holder backed into my car as I was exiting a parking lot. The driver apologized and admitted he was at fault. He admitted he didnt see me. I was miving forward and he backed into me. Clear cut. Yet, USAA is only accepting 50% liability. Now I'm forced with the unpleasant business of getting the other 50% covered by the driver at fault. Allstate and Geico might be more expensive, but at least they cover their driver's liability.

Also of note: I haven't been able to speak with the adjuster on the case despite calling 4 times in the past 5 days. Poor service and communication skills. Not recommended.

We had USAA Automobile Insurance, and we NEVER should have switched to another! When we were in an accident, they took car of EVERYTHING, from the rental car, to the other people's insurance...it was WONDERFUL! I'm just now appreciating what a wonderful agency they have, now that I'm having to deal with Geico insurance. We switched since Geico was cheaper, but now we're paying for it in the long run. We miss you USAA, and we'll be back soon!

USAA has wonderful customer service and great overall services available to its members. Highly recommend.
