Been an insurance customer for over 45 years. Began banking about 4 years ago. Couldn't be happier. Superb service. Never a problem that was not solved quickly and easily.

This company has given us nothing but problems and frustration. They have no problem giving me access to my husband's accounts that I am not on, but they always give us problems paying things off. They denied me information about a checking account that I had opened and denied a renters insurance claim. Do not waste your time with this company.

When you call the automated recording does not offer option of hours of bussiness or directions. Other credit unions have this service & I expected the same. Why hadn't anyone thought of this from within the managment of Usaa. Disappointed!
