Truly Cleaning Services

They never answer their phone or return calls. I prepaid with a groupon and scheduled an appointment through their website and they never showed up or called after I took an entire day off so they could clean. I am now seeking a refund and in addition will be fileing a complaint online with the BBB. Worst customer service ever!

I have been a client of Truly Cleaning Services for a little bit over a year now, so when they asked me if I could write them a review on their new business listing on YP.com, I was delighted to do so. Truly Cleaning has been great from day one, always friendly, and very thorough on their cleaning. I've gone through 2 previous companies before, one had poor cleaning, and the other had poor people skills. Luckily, Truly Cleaning has the best of both worlds to me. Also, very pet friendly! I have an 8 year old chocolate lab, that's on the larger side, and they are extremely tolerable when it comes to him following them around and trying to beg for a pat on the hand. Thank you for everything!

We hired Truly Cleaning for a one time cleaning before my mother in law came to visit, and have since been using them for our bi-weekly cleaning service. My wife was pregnant at the time, and they have been a really big help. Now we are even busier with the newborn, and having this team come help us out has been a blessing. They are extremely friendly and my wife and I love to talk about what's going on, and they are glad to talk with us as they are cleaning. We've gotten to know our team of cleaning ladies which is something that was extremely important to us. Plus, Stephanie has been really great with any scheduling issues, calling us ahead of time if anything changes, and checking in at least once a month just to make sure everything has been going well.

The 2 ladies who come clean my home and my mother's home do an awesome job every single time. I hired them first a couple of months ago, and recommended them to my mother where they have been cleaning there for the past 2 weeks. They are extremely courteous, do an awesome job cleaning, and alway very great about doing some extra things I ask them. Also love the online payments where I can just get on the computer and pay while I am working and they are cleaning. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.
