I have had service since 2009 and never had a problem with trash pick up but beware...when you cancel your services(they bill quarterly) they do not give refunds. If they provided monthly billing there wouldn't be a problem but they bill quarterly and won't budge and give refunds because they say they have a no refund policy. So I am stuck paying for 2 months of services that I won't be using.

Been with this company since Dec 2011 and service is not what they do very well. There website is terrible and not with the times. You have to print a form, fill it out and MAIL it in to set up auto-payments. In addition, I have had nothing but problems with this website paying my bill. funny how all the bills and transactions I conduct elsewhere with zero problems, but staff attitude was must be your card, not our problem. ILastly, bought a shed that came in two large bozes, cardboard is recyclable, but Tiger worker came to curb looked at the boz, and then left. Keep in mind I flatten these boxes to be easily loaded into their truck.



Run and go to another company if possible...

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I canceled my trash service becuase they would go weeks without picking up my trash when the can was out before 6 am. They gave be free service for a month and they still forgot to pick up the trash. I cancelled them Feb 20th and today is March16th and they still have yet to pick up the eye soar of a trash bin even after I told them my homeowner association is going to fine me! I call everyday and they say "tomorrow." Tomorrow never comes... and when I keep calling back they say, "oh, we are shorthanded." Rediculous excuse for a trash service!

Wrong place to do business- there IS a fuel charge, & gettin bigger all the time! They DO NOT adhere to the terms of their contract- "one cart, 2 cans" they now refuse to pick up the cans- after being a customer since 2005, the DRIVER lost my business- too LAZY to get the cans: "they were from next door". Ya, RIGHT, they have MY NAME SPRAY PAINTED ON THEM! LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE, by supervisorROBERT! good reviews must be by employees... not customers. call R&B at 399.5099 for service- I am.

If you plan to use this service please realise they trespass on your property and they do not send bills. Worst trash service i have ever seen. Bad customer support and if you rent from them they will tell you they can trespass when ever they want.

Both my trashcan and my neighbors were laying out in the street preventing anyone from driving through, and our recycle bins were laying across the opposite side of the street. Lets try to be considerate! Oh and the girl from customer service that says "like" a lot is rude. Talk to Sonia, she is a sweetheart :)

I've had the service for two weeks. Both weeks, they haven't picked up my recyclables. This week, I was told that they don't pick up certain recyclables (plastic) and if it's in with the rest of the recyclables, they won't pick up anything. They also did not pick up cardboard boxes with recyclable packing material in them. I was told the first week to make sure that I break down cardboard boxes. I've done that both weeks and they don't even pick that up. There are NO special recycling instructions on their website. Do not use these guys.

Tiger sanitation is half the cost of thier biggest competetor. I called all over town and they have the best price. I have never had a problem with them throwing trash all over the place or making any kind of mess. I really like the company for what they do and what they charge!

They throw your trash cans all over ive complained several times about hmm 3or 4 months. They dont pick up all your trash only what they feel like picking up i had 3 cans they only picked up 2 and still left big mess.
