        I found this place by seeing a...

        I found this place by seeing a man (which happens to be the owner's husband) holding a sign at an intersection near where I take my pup to the dogpark. It is literally a minute from where I live. I am fortunate enough to have a dog that doesn't need grooming so I took him here for a nail trim and bath! Service was great, very nice people (met the owner's family AND husband), nails and bath were 20 bucks! Petsmart charges 12 for nail trims alone and my dog sheds so much when I give him a bath. I will DEFINITELY be bringing Sully back here! Thanks!

        Ive gone to places and they butchered my Dog



        My Dog was matted and they made her look GREAT



        The Ladies here are friendly, affordable and AMAZING..



        I Recommend everyone here..

        The bath special may be a good...

        The bath special may be a good deal, but I decided to groom the dogs since it was less than our normal groomers. The quote I got was not the same price when I picked the dogs up. It is cash or check only, and I did not get a receipt. The higher price may have been fine but the haircut was not that great. The dogs came back with unevenly shaved hair. I wish I took them to petsmart.

        Miss Knickbocker was charged what she was quoted,if she thought she was overcharged she sure didn't mention it.She said the dogs had fleas and to not groom but shave them off,both dogs had crusty skin ulcers and care had to be taken as to not make them bleed.Thus giving the coat an uneven appearance.The client seems to imply that our cash or check policy is shady by her highlighting the word cash,our experience with credit card companies has cost the shop an unexceptable amount of fees and we have chosen to keep our money we worked so hard for.Miss knickerbacker said in her review that she wished she'd gone to pet smart,since I'm no longer willing to groom her chows that is where she will have to go. Oh and she tipped $5.00 after shed saw the dogs .We advised her to take them to the vet for the sores.Mention this review and receive an extra five dollars on a full groom.

        You must take your dog here! ...

        You must take your dog here! The Barker Shop has the most professional and friendly groomers in San Antonio. They have the skills to do anything you need. These people are way better than anyone else and their rates are totally fair. You've got to try them!
