We would highly recommend working with Suncoast Title in San Antonio. They helped us find our dream home; a home that was above our vision in a great neighborhood we never thought we would live in. We were FHA approved and had difficulties at first. All our offers were getting out bid by cash down buyers. Using their crafty skills,Suncoast Title and Escrow found our house during a house comparison search and got us in escrow the next day.

When it was time for negotiations we felt like Suncoast Title and Escrow totally had our back. They were a bulldog when they needed to be and were also gracious and professional at all times. We received great guidance from them and at the same time they were always reminding us that the decisions were ultimately ours. We never felt pressured by them in any way.

We were impressed with their strategy for marketing our house and the results were obvious. There was a line outside our building on the first day of the open house and over 200 people ended up coming by. We ended up with 7 offers, one of them being over 150K over asking!! Keep in mind the market was hot but this was before it really spiked.

First of all, this was my first experience buying and selling and Suncoast Title and Escrow did a fantastic job educating me on every step in a way where I felt empowered without being overwhelmed. They were point person on all of the upgrades and maintenance we had done on our original place before it hit the market. In addition to making sure what we wanted was done, they added a few touches theirselves and took care of some of the cost!
