I bought a custom diamond ring which I hired Stone Oak Jewelers to create and I am very happy with the results. I got great service and a super deal so I would not hesitate to recommend this Jeweler to my own family & friends.

I went to at least 6 places trying to sell a thick herringbone necklace and three gold rings, one of which was a fairly heavy class ring. I was offered a wide range of offers but by far the best I found was at Stone Oak Jewelers where I got nearly 500 more than anywhere else because they have a machine that tells exactly how much and how pure each item is . Very Satisfied.

No one in San Antonio has anything to offer by comparison regarding their Pearl selecetion and or cost. Even if you are just doing research you should see their selection. It's where I bought my wife's set and she couldn't be happier with them.

Dan the Master Jeweler over at Stone Oak Jewelers uses the most advanced equipment that uses auto-cad to create your special jewelry concept. You get to see it in several stages so by the time it's time to actually make it with precious metal you've held it in your hand in the form of a resin mold and seen it digitally on the screen, so it's really exciting when you give them to go ahead and even more so when they present it to you for real.

I brought in a bag of gold rings, a broken chain, and a couple silver coins and I got over 5000 dollars... You could have knocked my over with a feather. Once I recovered I accepted the offer got my money and got on down the road as fast I could.

I bought a designer watch for my husband from Stone Oak Jewelers for Christmas. He loves it and wears daily. In hindsight I am glad I chose Stone Oak Jewelers because they have such great service and it's one of the last real family fun businesses.

I live in Houston now but my family is from San Antonio and every time I visit my family we stop by Stone Oak Jewelers. And a couple times when I found something I really like it has found it's way to me for some special occasion. I can't think of any place I'd prefer to receive or give a gift from because these are the best kind of gifts that will truly last forever.

We shopped around. Everyone wanted to buy our gold but almost all were sharks once they realize you don't know as much as they do. By the time we got around to Stone Oak Jeweleres we did know as much as they do, and we still were not happy with the offers we received. One guy actually tried to sell us on the idea of selling our gold in an auction thing he also ran (for real), but to my pleasant surprise Dan at Stone Oak Jewelers was both very nice and he used his hi-tech equipment to tell me exactly how pure my gold was, and by this he was able to give me an offer that was right on what i was expecting, so I took it, thanks Dan.

keep it but my friend told my about Stone Oak Jewelers

also buying gold. What I learned was a big surprise, my

chain actually got more valuable than I paid for it years earlier.

We visited many different places before ending up and Stone Oak Jewelers for the engagement ring. They have a huge selection of many different styles. There was also a custom design element in mind. After hearing the idea, Dan instantly knew how to make it look great and to make sure the idea didn't come out badly. I had a fairly tight deadline for a custom creation. They hit the mark and the rings are absolutely stunning. My fiance receives compliments all of the time. It is truly her ring as well. We had a issue a month in and they took care of it right away. Dan, Toni and the rest of the team at Stone Oak Jewelers are so fantastic and so is their final product.

I came across this store while watching the news. That guy from the news story was the only person I really saw and talked to but he was really friendly. I had a bunch of old jewelry that I'd been trying to sell and felt his first offer was fair since it was few hundred more than any of the other places I'd gone to. He even educated me a little bit on how to read the markings so I know I'm not getting ripped off in the future. I'll definitely go back to Stone Oak Jewelers to buy or sell my jewelry.

We had a little crisis when my elderly Mom dropped her Engagement ring in the garbage disposal and didn't realize what she'd done. We looked everywhere for it until a couple days later when our son turned on the disposal.

The ring was ruined.

So a friend of the family suggested we take it to Stone Oak Jewelers with as many photos as possible of the ring. I met with Dan and he was really Great to work with. He explained his whole process of recreating Mom's ring to exactly the way it was.

Best part is we used the existing ring metal in the recreation so even though its new and its original as well. We didn't tell Mom that we'd done, and she's so happy to have her ring back . We can't say enough Great things about Stone Oak Jewelers.

Stone Oak Jewelers seems to be one of the more honest jewelers in San Antonio. We brought in 7 gold coins after going to at least a half a dozen places around town, and found that Stone Oak Jewelers not only treated the most fairly, but their pay out for Gold was higher so we took it. In hindsight I am grateful to Dan for all his support.

This is a very nice jewelry store, but we went there to sell several gold coins and a gold watch. I met with Dan and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He offered the most for the coins but when he told me that the gold in the watch was slightly higher than what the stamp says. I knew I'd found my gold buyer. Honesty will win with me over anything else every time. There are some real snakes out there buying gold, but you can trust Stone Oak Jewelers.

We had a family ring re-sized and appraised at Stone Oak Jewelers and were amazed by their understanding of how important this work was to us. Throughout the process we were impressed by their sensitive, personal touch. The ring was prefect and we couldn't have been more happy with the results.

Bottom line, if you are in the process of engagement ring shopping, you should not buy a ring until you visit Stone Oak Jewelers and talked with Dan. The customer service there is unparalleled. I started doing research online about places in San Antonio to find the best prices and quality. All the reviews for SOJ's were spectacular so I walked in and looked at their selection. I knew exactly the style of ring my fiance wanted and didn't see it in any of the showcases. I showed Dan a picture of the style of ring she wanted. He recreated the ring from only the picture and a description in a 3d rendering machine he has that makes the ring out of a plastic-resin type material. Then Dan helped me pick out the best stone I could afford. I told him the cut and carat I wanted and he let me pick from many loose diamonds from the back. He instructed me on how to view the diamonds under a loop, and after narrowing down the diamonds I picked the One. It was around this time that the prototype of the ring came out of his rendering machine and although happy, I wasn't 100% happy; I felt bad, but I only plan on doing this once, so I wanted it to be perfect. I asked Dan if the ring could be modified . He made the modifications and recreated the mock-up ring again. It was then that I had to approve the new design. I could see right away I was getting a premium one-of-a-kind engagement ring. The ring came back and it was better than I could have asked for, and under budget ...
