Steambrite

Steambrite equipments works wonderful. I especially like the hand held part in that it cleans my stove top perfectly. I use it for all my tile floors and tile shower. I've only had it a month but so far I LOVE IT!

I bought several chemicals for carpet cleaning at a very nice price 2 weeks ago. The staff is very friendly, would recommend to anyone who utilizes carpet cleaning and janitorial products.

This can be done every 3 months and prolongs my carpet. It is not top heavy as I can do this with one hand. I have not had the problem with screws as noted on one commentary and yes I do use hot water alone at times. It is nice that I am able to move furniture and do one part of the room and then another part later--furniture can be heavy so this works out well.

Best prices on the Internet. Whenever I'm shopping for a new tool or equipment, I always check Steam-Brite's prices, and buy from them.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE... and the Owner will not speak to you on the phone.

They have a horrible return policy. (Found out after my 1st order)

The 2nd order I placed with them... I was told the part was in stock. After not receiving the part on time I called to find out they ordered the part from Mfr. 5 days after the order was placed. And even then you think they would have made up for their failure by requesting next day shipping... THEY DID NOT. They had it shipped regular freight. Nine days after ordering, I still don't have a UPS tracking number.

Steambrite had everything I needed when I came in to start up my own auto detail business with my tax return. I came ready to spend more than everything ended up costing, brought 1200 dollars and after they talked over my options with me, I got everything I needed, plus chemicals, and still left with over 300 dollars extra. Would definitely recommend, san antonio's best price on cleaning equipment n chemicals for sure maybe even all of texas!
