Terrible communication skills. Takes too long (since you pay by hour). My husband was very sweet and got me a full house cleaning (per my request) for mother’s day. We agreed that the first time we’ll let the maid do a complete cleaning which includes all the tedious things like baseboards and such. Keep in mind, our house is not huge, little over 1,600 sq. ft. with 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. It took her 8 hours to clean our small house. Granted, she did do a pretty good job but she took the time and moved very slow. One thing she did miss was the baby’s room and I asked her specifically to make sure to clan the floors in that room especially well. That wasn’t done. I don’t know if she didn’t understand what I was asking her to do but she didn’t speak English very well.

After the 1st visit, even though it ended up costing us over $270 we agreed with the owner that we will schedule a weekly cleaning which should not go over their 3 hour ($85 minimum). The owner agreed to our terms and confirmed that if we keep the weekly schedule the cleaning should be much shorter, possibly less than 2-3 hours. We asked for the cleaner to come back next Thursday at 10am (we needed a specific time due to our schedules….so; we were very firm on the time). On that scheduled Thursday around 9:55 am the owner called my husband to inform him that the cleaner forgot that her nephew is graduating and she has to attend the family gathering, so she won’t be coming. We probably should have taken this as a red flag and cancelled our next session.

Giving her another chance we agreed for them to come back the following Thursday. So, the on that following Thursday that she was suppose to show up, she arrived at our front door at 8:30 am (1 ½ before our scheduled time) and proceeded to slowly clean the house for next 4 hours. At about 4 hour time mark my husband called the owner and asked if she ever related the message to her employee about our requirement of 3 hour limit. She sounded very confused and couldn’t understand what he wanted from her. She kept asking him if we want for the cleaner to leave or continue….all we wanted for her is to finish the cleaning in previously agreed 3 hours. Trust me, 3 hours is plenty to clean our small house.

So, this turned out to be a huge disappointment and we are looking for a new housecleaning company. If you are thinking about hiring these guys, look elsewhere and save your money.
