Being a single mother, I was very nervous in hiring movers. But I just did not have the time to get my family together to help me. I live in a 3 bedroom home with a garage full of of boxes and miscellaneous stuff. I thought it would be a problem for the guys to pack my garage items, but it turned out great. They were very careful, wrapping and boxing everything up. They were very fast and did an awesome job. They worked straight through without taking a break. They were very professional and made me feel very comfortable. At one point, I actually trusted them enough and left to pick up lunch. I told them I would write a great review and that I would keep their business card on me at all times to recommend to my friends and family.

After shopping around for prices, I found Monster Movers to have the most competitive rates. The office staff was very helpful in answering all of my questions unlike other moving companies. They make it simple by having an hourly rate without any minimum or arrival fee, or extra stairs fee and so on and so forth. The men they sent out were very professional and never took a break. I have alot of heavy oak furniture that I was afraid of damages, however, nothing got damaged and they even placed all of my furniture where I wanted them to. Overall, this is th BEST moving experienced I have ever had!

I'm so happy with the men you sent out to help me move. They were fast and very nice. The customer service is great from sending me a confirmation email to confirming the move the day before and even sending me a thank you postcard a week later. Very Happy with you.
