the guy of the store is a rip off. we bought a cell phone, the sim card and gave him 50 to put us the plan(40 plus 10 for internation calls) and he said it was 327 in cash.. he did not accept from us debit cards go figure...and so i ask him to give me a receipt and the idiot said i had to come back tomorrow b/c his cashier wasnt working and then he said that the cell phone he sold to us was not his but a friend of his that was selling it. So we go back the other day to get our receipt and also we wer'e having problems w/ the cell phone(wasnt charging) so we told him and he was well thats weird it was working well yesterday" and we were like "we havent even used it b/c you didnt even activate phone" so this guy calls again to the company to activate the phone and what does he do? he gives me the his phone so i can do the activation..and give us a receipt of 300 so why did he charge us 27 more? we were so upset then cause we found out that the $10 plan was not added so where is our $10? so we went back again and he was so vulgar and did not want to give us back our money and he wasted our time and gasoline....if you plan to go to his store make sure he gives you a receipt and explain what he is charging exactly..obviously he took advantage of us cause unfortunately we are too nice but a lesson to be learned from here
