Meats are cooked to perfection...

BBQ is cooked to perfection! Sides are awesome, my girls are big fans of the cream corn., no complaints here!

When you order the brisket ask...

When you order the brisket ask for lean with out the black. I have seen eye's roll by the meat cutters because it is more work than just slicing up the beef. But if you want the leanest cuts and you don't eat the very charred parts anyway, why get it and pay for it.

BBQ is awesome and the cream corn is top notch.
