        Not good if you are going to Austin office!

        I am new to Austin and was looking for a fertility clinic I found Texas Fertility and RMA. RMA has sponsor ads everywhere so I called them first. I got a voice mail with no way to get to a human. After trying to reach them for several days I finally called the San Antonio office to get some information about the Austin office. Turns out the RMA doctor, Dr Arradando is only in Austin two afternoons a week and if you go other times they are either not open or you see a technician! I ask the office about procedures (I need IVF) and they told me that I would have to drive to San Antonio and back for the procedure and any surgery because that where they do everything. I have never driven this but it looks like its over 100 miles! After a painful procedure?? They are not open on the weekends, I had an ectopic (in Houston) what happens if I have a problem and my doctor is in San Antonio?

        Any way I don’t think this is a well run operation. I called Texas Fertility and I have an appointment in 3 weeks and a nurse answered the phone.
