We bought a full electric hospital bed along with a egg-crate topper mattress which was very good. We also bought the heavy duty wheelchair and trapeze for the medical bed. The service was swift and the technician took his time to explain us how each medical equipment works.Would definitely recommend this medical supply store to every one.

I am a medical student who was trying to get a few of my supplies for my class. I bought the taylor percussion hammer, babinski telescoping reflex hammer,ekg aliper, gniometer, medimeter, cardiometer, tuning fork,kelly forceps,dissection kit, standard pocket otoscope, penlight,infrared thermometer and traditional home blood pressure set, pulse oximeter and the littmann master cardiology stethoscope .The reason for this review is because i couldn't find all of these medical supplies at one store in san antonio. Primo medical store had all of these supplies in stock. They have different models on the littmann stethoscopes. I bought some scrubs as well which i wasn't planning on buying though. They had some interesting supplies for medical professionals. Would definitely recommend to friends and family for sure. Thank you Primo!

I was traveling from the east coast to San Antonio Texas and I needed a lift chair for rent. Primo medical supplies sent me a list to choose from since I wasn't able to go to the store. I got a zero gravity lift chair for rent at my hotel. They delivered it on time and the delivery technician was very helpful in demonstrating how to use the lift chair. I also got a walker, wheelchair and a bedside commode for rent as well. Thank you guys for taking care of me in a timely fashion.

I buy my wound care supplies at primo. I used to buy duoderm and tegaderm patches from them. They carry all kinds of gauzes, silvasorb gel, microcyn, opticell and diaper rash products as well. These guys are great because they get us the products we need in a timely fashion.

I bought a new Inogen G4 portable oxygen concentrator this oxygen supply store in San Antonio. I have also looked at several other pocs such as the invacare platinum, simply go by respironics, oxlife independence concentrator, airsep focus. They also have the older version of Inogen G3 concentrator with a 5 year warranty but I chose to go with the newer version. This medical supply store is closer to my house. I asked them why should I buy it at your store? Then the gentleman smiled at me and said we have a 24 hour emergency line in case anything goes wrong with the unit we shall provide you a loaner until your unit is being fixed. Where as the online stores wouldn't provide that service. I liked the answer so I went ahead and bought the portable oxygen concentrator with an extra battery. Thanks primo and will come back to get my filters and nasal cannulas.

I bought my new portable cpap machine at this cpap supply store in San Antonio. I bought my old cpap which is resmed airsense 10 from an online store and it was under warranty but I had to send it back and it took a few days for the cpap to be fixed. I had torrid nights sleeping without my cpap machine. I was annoyed with them. A friend of mine then referred me to primo medical supplies he said he had an issue with his fisher paykel cpap machine. Then he took his cpap machine to them and they have provided him with a alternative cpap machine for no additional charge until his machine has been fixed. That was so nice of them, he said. We pay a few extra dollars at this medical equipment stores than online stores but if they are taking care of us when we have problems.I would stick to these small businesses itself. I don't make my money in a easy way so I would love to save every bit of it but for my medical needs or anyone's health needs. I would recommend people to stick to these medical supply stores who help there neighbors and take care of them. Even though the transcend cpap machine is cheaper online I got it from this store as friend is completely satisfied with them. There are a lot of medical device companies in san antonio but we choose to give my business to this dme provider as our friends used them before and they liked this medical equipment supplier a lot and have recommended it to us as well when we were in need of one. This medical equipment store carries products from mckesson, medline , pedifix, FLA orthopedic products, JOBST compression stockings and so on. We needed a few medical supplies so we walked into this medical supply store to get a raised toilet seat with arms, bath and shower chair with padded seat and also have rented a full electric medical bed with hospital bed mattress and bed rails. They have these products in display as well so you can get a feel of these products before you buy it or rent them. We also got some miscellaneous wound care supplies such as the bandage dressing, wound care cleaning products such as gauze, medical tape, wound dressing supplies. We have also got the hammer toe products from pedifix, they also have a vast product line of foot care products as well in display. We were also interested in bathroom rails, wheelchair cushions and some safety products but we had spent a lot than we have anticipated for, so we would make a trip back in the next few days to get more medical products from them. They were very friendly and have given us a lot of insight on the medical products we needed. We would definitely use this dme company in the future again as well. The only reason why we did this review because our friends who recommended us this place said that they initially had a bad time with a medical supply company before so we thought it would be helpful for others who are in need of medical supply products for there family. This is our medical supply store in san antonio for our parents. We get their monthly incontinence supplies from this store as there insurance doesn't pay for them, We are set up for a monthly delivery for the adult briefs, adult underwear, heavy duty underpads, adult wash cloth and wipes. We also get the aloe vesta skin barrier cream for the skin as well. There customer service and deliveries are on time. We also bought a lift chair, wheelchair and a handicap ramp from them as well. We bought a threshold ramp and the portable wheelchair ramp at this place. They had all kinds of gadgets and accessories at this medical supply place. My parents stay together and it would be hard for my mom to take my dad into the house without any ramps. We had 5" rise so we bought a 5 inch threshold ramp. We also needed a portable ramp to put the wheelchair in and out. Thank you primo as you had all the medical equipments and supplies we needed in stock. We needed a few medical equipments to rent when my dad was taken out from hospice care right away. Primo Medical supplies has delivered all the equipments which we needed right away. My wife injured her leg and she wasn't able to walk and we needed a wheelchair with an elevated leg rest so she can keep her leg elevated. So we have rented a wheelchair from this medical equipment place for a few days. When the doctor said she can start walking little by little then we approached this medical supply company again and they had couple of alternatives which is a knee walker and iwalk 2.0 (similar to the crutch). So we have rented knee walker for a few days and also bought an iwalk as my wife had to climb the stairs. The knee walker was good when she had to walk long distances. The iwalk 2.0 crutch was very helpful with stairs. Finally after few months when she was getting better and the doc suggested a walking boot and this place also had the walking boots which is also known as a cam walker. The price quoted at the doc's office was much more higher than they had. This is a one stop shop for medical equipment rental and purchases. I would definitely recommend primo medical supplies to everyone.

Portable Oxygen concentrators are hard to find in san antonio. I came across this medical equipment rental place last year when i had a family emergency. I had to rent a portable oxygen concentrator as my oxygen saturation levels are not good at higher altitudes. I constantly monitor it using a finger pulse oximeter which is very handy. Anyways, i had rented the portable oxygen concentrator from this medical supply store a few times now. It is very easy to use and light weight. I had rented the Inogen G2, Inogen G3 , simply go by respironics and oxilife independence portable concentrators for my trips. I liked the Inogen G3 as it is easy to carry around. The Oxilife independence and simply go concentrators do continuos flow and pluse flow. Initially , i needed one with continuous flow rate so i had to rent those but now all i need is a pulse flow. I had a hard time initially when i had to research on the portable oxygen concentrators. So, i am also posting the pictures that i have, so that way it would be helpful for familys and users who are new to oxygen. One last thing they also had airsep focus concentrator it was very compact but can only do 2 liters pulse i.e was not suitable to me. Hope my review helps the familys and users of the oxygen machines.

They have very good pricing compared to the other medical supplies in san antonio. I am a free lancer and i recommend most of my patients to this medical equipment place as they have most products with good pricing as well. Primo medical supplies is a crafty medical supply store. I say this because of the products they carry. I was referred by oakdell pharmacy to primo medical supplies inregards to the ostomy supplies. Oakdell told me that primo has a larger collection of ostomy supplies than they do in stock, which was true. I have been using them for an year now. I wish primo medical supplies was near to my house.

I have bought a new invacare low electric hospital bed with assist rails on it. We also bought the low air loss mattress which heals decubitus and ulcers on the back of the body.My grandfather loves his new bed as he can get up from the bed without anyone's assistance. The assist rails are better than the basic half rails because you can set it in 3 different positions which is a convenience. The bed has a 5 year warranty and the quality of the bed is top-notch. We needed it right away and primo medical had these in stock and delivered it the same day we ordered. The delivery driver was nice and gave us the demonstration and had answered all the questions we had. It's a great place and would recommend you all to anyone who needs a medical supplies right away.
