This complaint ONLY ADDRESSES THE NIGHT SHIFT...first of all I might suggest that when a waiter approaches a customer's table he/she might want to make the guest feel at home instead of making the customer feel they are a bother. The waiter might want to bring enough menus to the table instead of just one and having to share it with all the patrons sitting at the table. When bringing glasses for drinks, make sure that it is clean and don't expect the customer to have to clean it themselves. Do the customer a favor and make sure that the food is actually hot and not lukewarm, some people have come to expect food to be hot not cold especially tacos, rice, and beans. Maybe it's me and my expectations are too high. Don't expect a tip when your services towards the customer are merely crap.
