Absolutely wonderful service. I have seen several estheticians before and Orchid Laser & Body does an outstanding job. I find it important for every clinician to have up-to-date information on products and be well informed of their treatments, Kelsey was extremely informative and answered every question I had. Its very important to me to feel like my concerns are being addressed and Kelsey did this. I received a lactic acid chemical peel, light therapy and oxygen therapy treatment and my face looks so fresh and renewed. My friends even told me that my face seems brighter. Although I know that the results I want are going to take a while... I know that Kelsey will be the one to help me reach those goals. I highly recommend Kelsey to be your esthetician. As for the above comments regarding her being fake and pushy, I never once had that experience. It is the responsibility of the esthetician to discuss with their clients the other products that could benefit them. I NEVER felt that she was pushing any products on me, but suggested other treatments that could help me. Even when I thought she was going to recommend more expensive treatments, she didn't, recommended a more minimalist approach to treat my skin. She didn't treat me as a client that needs to get everything, she treated me as a client based on my skins needs and the concerns that I have for my skin. I would recommend Orchid Laser and Body to everyone I meet. It is a place I would take my best friend, my siblings and my beloved parents to, this is how impressed with their services I am.

Went to get a chemical peel about a month ago. The lady pushed for me to get an extra service, so of course I got suckered into it..which did nothing. Before the chemical peel she kept pushing for me to buy more products and I told her I couldn't but she kept pressing and pressing. She's like a bad car salesperson trying to get you to buy all the features and the extended warranty. Anyway when I went to pay she included all the lotions I said I didn't want to buy. Finally I snapped at her and told her I did not want to buy anything extra. She comes off as pushy and money hungry but she does it in a sweet voice.

The lady kept pushing and pushing for me to get a more expensive treatment after I specifically told her I only wanted the special for $29. She also seemed a little fake to me as well, like she cared more about making a buck than your skin, as when I told her I didn''t want the more expensive treatment, she made a nasty face at me. Next time I will go to a real spa or a dermatologist in San Antonio...somebody who really will take the time to evaluate my skin.

If you are looking to escape into a world of beauty and relaxation, the services from this place is amazing!!

I love the way my skin felt after microdermabrasion...then i got some really great products and my skin has never felt so soft and looked so radiant.

My experience at Orchid Laser and Body was a great one. Friendly staff and relaxing environment. My skin looked and felt great after my treatments. I'm definitely going back!!!

I went in for an Oxygen Mask treatment and it was great. My skin felt softer, felt cleaner and I'll mostly come back for another session. I'm making more active approaches to taking care of my skin and this was one solution that I considered and took advantage of. The customer service was great and I strongly urge anyone to visit them to use all of their services. Look good feel good!

They are open after hours which is great for me because I have a normal 8-5 job. My skin has never felt more exfoilated! I would recommend to all my friends and family and plan on returning!
