It's a shame the office staff isn't more respectful and focused on customer service, because the doctors are knowledgeable and good. However, every time I try to make an appointment I get out on hold immediately and stay on hold for at least 10 minutes. Not to mention how rude they are over the phone and in person. Also, office hours on the weekend are wrong and the "nurse" you try to speak to and very rude and not helpful. Dr. Rackley and her nurse are who we see. They are wonderful, but I will be looking elsewhere asap.

I would not recommend going to any doctor in this building. When I was pregnant, I interviewed Dr. Amber Moreno and loved her right away. She is great with my baby but her office staff is horrible. They are rude, condescending and always put you on hold the minute you call to make an appointment. And wait times? Yes. Be prepared to wait for over an hour to see a doctor with 20+ kids running around the waiting room, even though you have an appointment. Apparently they were getting new systems and this was the excuse for the unprofessional attitude I received from the office staff. I was told to hold for over 10 minutes every single call I made to the doctor, and then told they would call me back with an appointment time and I never got a call back. I then spoke to Dr. Moreno directly who advised to come back and see her as she had never heard of any negative feedback from the front staff. So I gave her another chance where I made an appointment for 3:30 p.m. for my daughters 1 year shots and check up and had to leave at 4:30 because my baby wasn't having anything more to do with waiting, which I can't blame her. I then left a message for Dr. Moreno who advised me to find another doctor if I can't deal with wait times for over an hour! I am truly disappointed and heartbroken we ever trusted this doctor or office to be my daughter's primary physician. And when my daughter was really sick a few months ago, the receptionist told me they didn't take walk ins (with a MAJOR attitude) so I was forced to go to the emergency room. Horrible people who don't care about you or your kids, just your wallet and what insurance plan you are on because every visit they force me to pull that card out prior to making me wait over 30 minutes just to get to a room. Find another doctor for your children and spare yourself from anything I ever had to go through! Trust me!

It's easy to get an appointment at the last minute, and the wait times are reasonable. but there's a reason for that. The nursing staff tries too hard around the kids - its obvious they aren't natural kid-people. The doctor is nice, but doesn't offer up additional advice/information. She was quick to come in, and just as quick to leave. Never sat down or got on my preschooler's level. But my biggest complaint is that the place is FILTHY!!!!!!! There are toys glued to the waiting room walls that are covered in goop. We've been 3 times over the last year, and the same messy goop is still there. In the exam rooms, the dust is two years' thick. The last time we were there, my preschooler kep touching the side of the doctor's stool and getting his hand covered in some kind of slimy mess... the rooms look like they are never cleaned. It's disgusting!!!!!! If their exam rooms are that filthy, what is their lab like?!? We finally found another doctor we like, who takes his time with us, knows how to clean his practice AND hire nurses who are natural when around children..

I love this pediatric clinic! I take all three of my boys here. I have had doctors paged at all hours of the night and have always received a call back immediately. I can call and get an appointment for the same day if they are sick. They have Saturday hours for sick visits, too! The nurses are wonderful! Overall, a really caring and friendly staff.
