The receptionist was very RUDE. I called about setting up appointments for my 3 children and she was just not nice. She sounds bored and unhappy with her job. She did find an appointment for them but after speaking with her, decided against it. When I told her I would call back, she said ok then hung up. She didnt even say bye, or have a nice day. The doctor should really look into finding someone who will answer with a smile. Trust me, you can tell if someone is smiling or not. If I could have gave this establishment half a star I would, just because of the receptionist.

They have the worst receptionist, they need to invest in someone that has some sense of customer service. The doctor was nice but first impressions and then when calling requesting information later you have to deal with her. This "business" needs to invest in something more up to date. I received a receipt that I could manufacture from a walmart receipt book. How am I going to validate it as proof of a doctor visit. I am sorry I am making you actually work to look for information. I will not be going there again and would not even recommend my worst enemy going there!
