On my way back to San Antonio last week I had a guy pass me in the paving zone of I-10 and he threw up a stone that hit my windshield. It immediately fractured the windshield of my 2014 VW Jetta. When I searched the internet for a repair shop I found Mobile Glass and read through all their reviews. I was a little suspicious of all the great reviews, but I called and got wonderful help scheduling a repair for the next day. Today, Steven called to confirm our appointment and we scheduled a time when the windshield would be dry and ready for repair. He was right on time and got right to it. See the picture. He was very professional, courteous, and explained the repair process as he performed the work. It took all of about 15 minutes to do the work on my car in my carport. The repair was so good that when he finished, I couldn't even tell where the damage was. I couldn't be happier with the results or the excellent service I received today.

The windshield on VW Tiguan had to be replaced due to the hail storm back in April. I was going to have my body shop do all the work but my appointment is not until Aug and I needed to have the windshield replaced ASAP as my inspection is coming due. I called the place my body shop works with but they were also back-logged through Aug. After doing some online research I found Mobile Glass and gave them a call. I was given a next day appointment! The tech arrived at my place of employment within the time frame I was given. Extra points for arriving at the earlier half of time frame. Tech was friendly and quick only took him about 45min. He gave me instructions on what not do. No slamming doors for the next couple of hours and no car washing for the next 24hr. The price was what I was quoted so no surprises. I hope I don't have to have my windshield replaced ever again but if I do I will be using them.

Some challenges on getting the technician to us but once he got here he did an excellent job. Looks great.

UNPROFESSIONAL and UNETHICAL! I called MOBILE GLASS to repair a broken window. The first thing I noticed was glass left all over the car- after it was supposed to be vacuumed. When I rolled down the window, it made a clunking noise. Since I had already scheduled an appt to get the window tinted, I asked the tech to see what was making that noise. He told me the door panel had glass inside and the bolts were stripped when the window was installed. I called Mobile Glass and talked to Kristen that same day- I explained what they told me and asked for a refund. She never called back. Later I called her & she then told me I violated the warranty by having someone else look at it! She literally hung up. Perhaps the most UNPROFESSIONAL thing ever - someone actually TEXTED me from that number a few minutes later -- saying I was a "scam artist"! So I paid $250 for botch job & when I texted back informing them Id be contacting the BBB, the AGS office and the insurance dept, they never responded.

Mobile Glass provided me with excellent service and I would strongly recommend them. They were very informative and professional. They gave me an immediate appointment and replaced my windshield within two hours!

Jack answered my call and he was very sweet and quick to give me the information I needed.

They got it done the same day I called, and pretty quick too.

I really appreciate the great service I received with Mobile windshield repair. They promptly called me back when they missed my call and have been extremely helpful. I was able to schedule a time that worked well for my schedule and the technician was on time and seemed very knowledgable about the service he was providing. I would use them again and I recommend giving them a call for your window repair.

I sincerely appreciate the assistance and great customer service provided to us recently by Andrew when we contacted Mobile Glass. I am the HR/Risk Mgr who needed to get a windshield replaced asap! for the one of our company owners who 's schedule was very limited. They were able to accommodate our special request for particular time. The work was very professional and the staff was extremely courteous! I would recommend and would use for my own vehicle!

WORST PLACE EVER. I went through them June 26 2012 to get my windshield replaced. The first group brought the wrong windshield so I had to wait til 3 for some other guys to come out and replace it. The next day there was air blowing in from the bottom of the windshield. I called them back and the next day they came out to fix it. After they fixed it we had rain and it leaked on the passenger side. Called them out to fix it. They were suppose to be here in the morning. When they did not show I called them and they were running late and would not be here till the afternoon. When they did it again it rained. Now the whole top of my windshield was leaking and you could actually see the gap. I spent over a hour (3 eyewitnesses) calling their 1-800 number which they said they were in a ten minute meeting. When I finally did get someone to answer he hung up on me. I was actually shocked that the manager called back. He sounded sincere and said he would give me my refund back and it should be there within 48 hours. 72 hours later still no refund. I called them back and the lady told me that he would refund it and would see it..still no refund. I went through AUTO GLASS ON WHEELS and they got it done the first time. And guess what it was cheaper. Mobile it was 191.38 for them to mess up the job and Auto glass 150 to do it right the first time..STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The original service and price was great, the problems came after windshield started leaking twice. Never returned when scheduled and was on hold over phone 15 over minutes before they just they hung up without speaking to me. Service techs stated they never recieved work orders from dispatchers, even when I specifically instructed dispatcher with an availible time. Main office appears to be out of Austin and managing various other businesses across the state. Remember, you get what you pay for.
