Overall

Liberty Management is an impressive company. Their organized and thoughtful systems make them very easy to work with. Everything is transparent...I always know what is going on. Good folks who make owning rent houses easy for me!

Overall

Our agent Mark Fee was very helpful. The process was easy and clear and he helped us to rent a great home. Relocating from out of state is already a difficult transition but Mark's communication helped us to feel much better

Amazing Service and Quality. Mark kept me up to date at all times. The team at Liberty have helped me with multiple sales and purchases over the years, I now rely on them for my rental properties. My property was on the market less than 72 hours!

I first want to thank you and Liberty for taking care of our home while it was being rented out. I also would like to pass on a couple of words for Ruby. Ruby was very professional in all my phone calls/emails with her.I was VERY impressed with how she handled each phone call and situation that came up in the last 60 days. i was also very impressed how if she was unsure of the answer to my question/concern that she would let me know that she would ask her manager.

iberty Management has been nothing but a problem for us. When we viewed the house we were to rent it was still occupied. We went ahead with the contracts and upon receiving our keys to move, we found the property had not been serviced. There were holes in the walls, wallpaper torn off, broken ceiling fans, a moldy AC unit, dead trees in the yard, broken blinds, and a broken window. I noted each item on my walk through report. They were never addressed or fixed. The only time we got any action out of them is when we went in with pictures and letters threatening legal action to break our lease. The AC was then replaced. After that the two dead trees fell down nearly missing my small children. I again brought in pictures, and the trees were cleaned up. However, all the damage to the property hadn't been taken care of. We finally got tired of the living conditions and PAID to break our lease and paid rent for two months, while they found a new tenant. Upon receving my deposits back, I was refunded $286 out of $1900 owed to me. Their letter stated they reviewed my walk through report and these items were deemed my responsibility. $200 for a broken window, $100 for holes and nails in the walls, $400 for carpet cleaning (after I had already provided them a carpet cleaning receipt), and the list goes on and on. To add to it, they seem to have lost documentation of my $600 pet deposit. Their letter also said they would not speak to us about this matter through any of method of communication than mail. We have now retained an attorney, as I am done going back and forth with these people. Did I mention we only lived in the house for a matter of THREE months? Where their minds are on this matter is beyond me. What's the point of doing a walk through inspection report, only to end up being charged for every item you listed on it? Beware of this company, as they are very deceiving people.

I started out renting a small home from Liberty Management over 10 years ago. I never had any problems. A few years later I was able to buy my first home. I was transferred to Korea a few years later; I decided not to sell my home, but to rent it. I called Liberty Management and set everything up. They send my funds straight to the bank. The house has now rented for over a year and I couldn't be happier.

My Husband and I moved to San Antonio last year needing to rent a home until we purchased one. We found a home listed by Liberty Management and couldn?t have asked for a more professional company to work with. Liberty Management was quick to resolve any maintenance issues that the home needed during our 12 month stay. I would highly recommend Liberty Management to friends, family

My property was vacant for four months with another management company. I contacted Liberty Management and they went out and look at the property and came back with a couple of suggestions. I took their advice and they rented the property in 30 days. I wish my other management company would have told me what I need to do to get the property rented. I highly recommend Liberty Management, for their professionalism and their confidence in marketing houses. Take their suggestions and act on them. I will certainly recommend Liberty Management to my friends

I am a Military Member and when I received PCS orders we had not owned our home long enough to be able to sell it and get our equity out. One of our friends referred Liberty Management to us as they had been renting from them, and said that they did a great job. They have managed our home for about 3 years now. They have always responded to our concerns and issues on our home. The staff has always been helpful and the contractors good. I can say we would recommend them to both owners and tenants

This company rips off their clients. I hired them to manage my property and they started out bililng me for an "emergency" cleaning that was over $500. First of all, they had 15 days to get it clean to their "alleged" standards, not the night before the tenant moved in. Secondly, the place was clean and if it hadn't been, why did they not notify me ahead of time so I could have cleaned it myself or hired someone to do for the normal rates (80 dollars)!! I was very disappointed witht their service to say the least. Throughout the year under contract, the repairs they did were outrageously expensive and there is NOTHING one can do to challenge their prices. They do not tell you in advance when they are sending someone out. You just see the bill after the fact. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

My husband and I are new to San Antonio and we are so happy with the services provided by Liberty management. The properties that they showed us were much cleaner and nicer than the properties that we saw with other companies.
