ISC Building Materials

This review is directed to your sales Rep. Jason and dispatch. Last Thursday July 23 2015 Jason had informed me to send him the material list. Per his instructions, I did with the attached instructions on how I want it handled. As a simple request, I had asked for him to reply with a confirmation/phone call, neither of which he did. It wasn't until after several calls later that my call was answered with LIES from dispatch confirming my materials were already scheduled for delivery on SATURDAY JULY 25 2015. We chose to believe because I thought this to be a reputable establishment. I had to end up answering to my full crew of 8 from Houston and explain why the materials had never arrived to our job site. Jason never even took the time to call me back to explain himself or the situation. The job has now been completed without the help of this company and I was able to get the materials we needed through a more reputable company that cares about their employees. The San Antonio location lacks of professionalism and honesty to their clients.
