Very responsive manager. Dru has always kept us in the loop about important decisions. I appreciate the notice when maintenance is being performed at the property and I can see the statement before the work is actually done. Hendricks is on the ball.

It has been a pleasure to be a tenant of Hendricks from day one. The whole team has been very easy to deal with, and super responsive with issues. From the office staff to the maintenance guys, you'll find nothing but helpful people you can rely on. Even their website is great, and makes paying rent online a breeze. As someone who has rented for almost 10 years, across various cities and states, from private owners, other management companies, and huge corporate high-rises, I can easily say Hendricks Property Services is one of the best.

Hendricks Property Management is really easy to deal with. They are very direct and down to earth, yet friendly and always ready to help. They understand that it is best to deal with potential problems before they happen, rather than rushing around to solve things after they happen. He also sees the tenants as real people and deals with them that way, rather than viewing them as potential adversaries. They’ve always been up front with me.

I am particularly happy with this property management company. They are respectful, give good advice, handle problems promptly and know what they are doing. When I came down to San Antonio and contacted them at the last minute they managed to find the time to meet with me and show me the houses even though it was the beginning of a holiday weekend. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I have been a loyal non-disruptive tenant with Hendricks property for 5 years and to this day the communication is still horrible! When i have issues with a work order it takes at least 5 days to get any returned call or email! I am being charged late fees left and right even though my rent is paid on time each month! I don’t have money just lying around and time to wait to be vacated because they don’t have their billing process in order. The property manager for my property can never give me a straight answer and unfortunately he is the only one they will allow me to talk to! I can even go into the office personally and they still will only direct me to him which he is NEVER in the office or NEVER answers his phone... I am FED UP with this place and they are going to lose a valued tenant if i don’t get help! Honestly if i were to refer anyone to rent from a property team i WOULD NOT refer to Hendricks Property!

We would like to say thank you for all that you have done! When we have concerns or issues, they get taken care of in a nice timely manner. We know with all the properties that you all have to manage, it can't be easy to stay on top of things.

Received our security deposit check yesterday. It has been a pleasure doing business with you. I would certainly recommend Hendrick's to anyone looking to rent a house.

Hendricks manages three properties for me. They keep them rented and I pay reasonable fees. I'm satisfied with their service.

Hendricks Property Management has offered a great experience so far. I have nothing to compare it to, this being my first time working with one. Payments and annual statements are working well for me. They are a little difficult to reach but I imagine that is normal.
