Went in to buy a Sentra. I knew going in exactly what I wanted. I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy displayed by my sales person Kevin Jackson who took me through the buying process. At no time did I feel pressured into buying something I didn't need and their no haggle prices can compete with the lowest out there in the market. Very satisfied customer.

I went in to trade in my car on a spur of the moment. Nicole Cuevas assisted me and helped me pick out the perfect car. I bought the first one she showed me and I love it. it was used and had slight hail damage so I got a great deal. they even financed me with my credit issues. the payment is way lower than I anticipated. the whole staff was friendly and courteous. I will go back again and refer everyone I know! I'm so happy.

I would say that I had an overall great experience with everyone at Gunn Nissan. I worked with Luis Campos and Akaki Finance manager who were very friendly and nice to deal with. Luis was able to meet our necessities for a family car. Luis made the process quick, efficient and satisfying explaining very thorough the functions of our pathfinder. Gunn Nissan is very PROFESSIONAL, CARING AND THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure their customers are satisfied and happy with their purchase.. Everyone else I met at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Gunn Nissan and staff as a great place to get your next Nissan. I have bought 5 cars from Gunn; the last 3 were from Gunn Nissan. Every single time, it is a pain-free, pressure free process. Because the sales people are not paid on commission, they are more invested in making the customer happy than making the next sale. John Alvarez has been the salesperson I have worked with for my last three auto purchases, and he is always knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. This last purchase was no exception. My husband was looking for a small work truck. I called John, described the features we wanted, and by the next day we were driving our new Nissan Frontier truck.



The other thing I love about Gunn Nissan is the customer experiences I have had after I purchased the car. Any time I need to get the oil changed or get maintenance done on my vehicle, I have had a positive experience. They get me in and out pretty quickly, and they also provide nice amenities for their customers while you are waiting. One Saturday morning, they had a massage therapist giving complementary chair massages to waiting customers. What a great perk!
