        What a sham. This place claims...

        What a sham. This place claims to warrant their work. That is until u drive off the lot. I had a suspension airbag replaced last Thursday night. Right after I drove off the premises I called them back within 10 minutes to report the repair that cost $815 was not repaired. I was told that a new airbag is stiff and ride is rough. It would be useless to bring it back because they couldn't do anything. I had to drive to Dallas that.night and had a miserable trip. Took it to Sewell Lexus on Friday and discovered the airbag was installed improperly and resulted in another tear in the new bag. Get it up tried to blame it on the bag when I called them today. They told me they were not responsible. This is how this business operates. They told me they have down dozens of these and never had a problem. The minute they do have a problem they bail on you. Basically, don t count on any guarantee on their work. Also, they were $100 more expensive then I paid the dealership to fix it a second time in 3 days. Don t use this place for auto service. They tell u their work is guaranteed bit they lie through their teeth. If there was a negative rating here they would get it.

        In response to Mr Pippen.... Get it up productions has been a prominent business in san antonio texas located at 3815 pleasanton road for 12 years. Registered with the state of texas and the better business bureau. In any debate or disagreement there are 2 sides to every story, " let's clarify this one " Mister Pippen arrived at get it up productions on thursday at 11 am 5/ 10 /12 1 of our busiest days. He and his copilot had to be back in dallas texas buy that same evening, we pushed scaled amounts of work aside to help our fellow Texan and customer get to his destination. While he and his vehicle were in our care we gave him an office to conduct his private business. For the record Mr Pippen had already made his own diagnosis before he arrived at our facility and told us what to repair. Our office ordered a factory air spring from north park lexus of San Antonio 210.308.8900. After installing to existing brackets we had to reset back to factory specs. Mr Pippen stated he had previous problems with this system before his trip San Antonio. Here at get it up productions thought we took care of Mr pippen to the best of our ability. We apologize for any inconvenience,And would gladly like to make him happy. All though a refund is out of our capacity due to work already done and a new part was installed.
