        Freedom House is a part of Air Force Village, which offers several community-based health care services for adults and seniors. Air Force Village established the Alzheimer's Care and Research Center Foundation in 1993, which offers research and development services related to Alzheimer's and related dementias. Freedom House provides independent living and home health care in apartments, assisted living and specialized care services. The center offers rehabilitation programs and wellness plans that include long- and short-term care and physical, occupational, speech and recreational therapies, as well as specialty treatment services related to podiatry and hospice assistance. It operates through various therapists and specialists who offer independent mobility, pain management, motion techniques, education of proper body mechanics, and strength and balance coordination.
