Mr. Bado’s Immigration Law concentration is on the authorization of foreign nationals to work, study, and invest in Mexico, giving them technical advice while sustaining business consultations. Changing the immigration status of individuals, helping with work permits and changing of nationality, address, marital status and occupation are also included in his work. He facilitates their authorization for permanent residency in Mexico, authorizations to obtain Mexican nationality and consults on the importing and exporting of household goods and automobiles.

Valerie Carrillo has practiced school law for over fifteen years. Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Ms. Carrillo previously worked for the firm. Prior to that, she served as in-house counsel for Dallas Independent School District for approximately ten years. Shortly thereafter, Ms. Carrillo was appointed by the City of Dallas as an Administrative Law Judge. Prior to rejoining the firm, Ms. Carrillo most recently served as the Chief Legal Counsel and General Counsel for the Fort Worth Independent School District for the last four years.
