They are not very good they don't know what the hack they are doing when I went there for my first appointment and my appointment was 1:00 and waited for 4 hours was not seen and then his assistant Came and ask why I was here I was like what the hell you all had my Record and then the doctor came in about 4:00 and I said I wanted to get Different Baha Implant and the doctor said to me it will look ugly and then they bill me no show cause I changed primary doctor and they could not tell me what I needed to do and then I try to make appointment Medical transportation They didn't show at my house two time that was not my fault and then I try to called to re scheduled and the assistant never gave me call back and I called two days and the assistant told me I can't make appointments and was telling me it because no show that was not my fault and that it was in review that I will get call back that never happened and I try calling them and they threaten to call the cops on me for no reason and now my heard is hurting and my implant Is getting way lose I would not go there if they keep doing to everyone and I talk to Cochler America And they told me if my Baha get stuck again and my implant get out it could damage me but yet they don't care it sad I would not tell anyone to go this bad place

It is a tragedy to be referred here. I have been here for over 4 hrs first apt was 6hrs only got a few minutes with the actual Dr. Now we are here with this p.a. who lacks professional ability. Im giing to take mom and daughter elsewhere. Im upset with everyone in the office. I dont understand how they even stay open! Then this P.A. repeats everything everything that was said and ordered the last visit on the 8th. This is discouraging I drive 1hr 1 way for a run around. Then tell us they are behind so make us leave moms orig apt @ 10:30 and to come back at 12:45 then sit for more than an hr also ct scheduled for 1:15 for my daughter which we checked in with mom at 10:00 well they still dont have her stuff together. I will never recomend this place to anyone not even a rat.
