IF I COULD RATE THESE PEOPLE WITHOUT GIVING THEM ONE STAR I WOULD! My daughter and I have been in this unit from 2-2-16 to now and I have had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THIS UNIT AT BRIGHTWAY MANOR! At the moment I have had the same hole in my bedroom closet floor since Monday made by RATS, and I have contacted these people SEVERAL TIMES THIS WEEK AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. THE FIRST HOLE DISCOVERED WAS BEHIND MY KITCHEN STOVE AND THAT WASNT TAKEN CARE OF FOR OVER A WEEK. I have silver fish, ants and roaches on top of that! THEY FAILED TO INFORM ME BEFORE MY MOVING IN THAT THE ENTIRE PROPERTY IS RAN UNDER ONE HOT WATER BOILER, AND MOST OF THE TIME I HAVE NO HOT WATER!
THESE PEOPLE ARE MAJOR SLUM LORDS,
RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM DROUGHT PROPERTIES, ALL UNITS UNDER THEM AND STAY AWAY FROM BRIGHTWAY MANOR APTS OR YOU WILL REGRET IT

Carol Galloway with Drought Properties is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. We’re a young family looking for a new home who make over $4,000/month and we applied for a house renting for only $900, and she asked us why we even bothered applying! She was very condescending because of a low credit score from my husband's phone plan from 6 yrs ago even though we make much more than enough money and have a long rental history. I have been renting 7yrs &never been denied ANYWHERE before this, and certainly have never been treated so horribly while searching for a new home.
