        SAN Antonio. Texas based. Family owned and operated restaurant that is specialized in fresh homemade sausage. Chili. Chicken wing. Salads and desserts. AT Dresden CAFE OUR vision is to Bring a little BIT of the OLD World’s tastes and Aromas with OUR OWN twist to OUR friends and Family in Texas. We are specialized in fresh sausage. To many of YOU that are wondering. YES we make ALL of OUR sausages on site. OUR sausage making process starts with grinding pork shoulders that are purchased from local reputable meat supplier. Then fresh spices and seasonings are added. The freshly grounded pork shoulder is marinated for a minimum of 24 hours before stuffed into natural HOG casing. Each type of OUR sausage has a distinct flavor because we never smoke them. Matter of fact. Everything we offer here AT Dresden CAFE is made from scratch. We know fresh and quality ingredients make ALL the differences. OUR belief in "natural makes it good" has never been stronger.
