Dr. Robert Gene Bass, MD

Love Dr. Bass is awesome. I have and my Mom have been seeing him for the past few years and I have to say that I probably owe the next 30 years (hopefully) of my life to him. He is as kind a man as you will ever meet and he really knows his stuff. Staff is fantastic too and you can really tell love working there. Wish my boss was that great :)

Dr. Bass and his staff are the most incompetent people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He doesn't care about his patients, their time is not important so you will wait until he's ready. But if you are still there at 5pm they kick you out even if you're not done. He didn't know what was wrong and it took 8 months to get referred to a specialist. His PA is rude and hateful. Question her and she argues with you. Evidently knowing someone with your problem makes her understand what it feels like. Ask an intelligent question and get a deer-in-the-headlights look. I wouldn't take my pet rock to his office for care. And if I could give no stars I would
