Bed bugs all over. Unprofessional staff unprofessional owners. Got ate up by bed bugs in room 114 and then the owners said that there was no bed bugs in the rooms. They took pictures but you seen the bedbugs clear as day on the bed and then they deny it do not stay at this bug infested Motel drug activity seen that SAPD should be sitting there. Or at least roll in there once in awhile but you don't see them .

Do not select this place to sleep in not even for 1 night. I had to move 4 times due to room 107 was and probably still infected with bed bugs. It was my first time sleeping in a motel for 2 weeks during the rodeo season. But all I can say was that my last room was convenient to sleep in. And as far as wifi goes you must be very close to the office to retrieve it. And once I've seen a homeless sleep in the small laundry room. It was close to my job and the park and ride but that was only the reason why I choose that spot

The owner is rude the staff is just about all on drugs pimps prostitution like crazy loudness all night BED BUGS health inspector just gave them 10 days to clean it up they are just covering up the problems not taking care of them doirs dont lock as we were leaving owner stood on the second floor sticking out his tongue and making lil kid faces lawsuit pending...

Nasty times a billon gross staff and owner rude and gross RUN bed bugs I have to baby talk because I can't post the truth they edit and will not let me post the truth

My name is Thomas Davis, it is 7am on Valentines Day and I'm staying at your location in San Antonio Texas on interstate35N..

Upon arriving, spending 56.89 on a 9 hour stay I walked into my room that completely has had me appalled.



1. Vintage Bubble Screen TV with split broken cable wire so not One channel worked. Called the front desk, spoke with what sounded like an asleep employee by the name Brody. He said wait til the morning and he will send maintenance. That would be awesome if my check out wasn't at 11am.

2. Floors weren't swept. Beds stink like body odor and out of 4 lamps....3 were missing bulbs.

3. Towels stained black, Brown and torn to shreds .. one 1x1inch bar of face body hair and dish soap. NO shower Curtains or fresh toilet paper.

4.No WiFi access or response to fix time. Which would have saved the tv problem because I have Netflix but me and my partner instead took turns guessing what the green slime stain on the roof was until we realized the sun was coming up and started this email.

5. Safety lock ...hardly. the thing is held to the wall with weak loose bolts that you can tell have suffered a police raid and been kicked in.



Needless to say, I expect a phone call, email or verbal in person confirmation that all of these things will be addressed fixed and compensated for. It's a shame people like myself rely on the professionalism and cleanliness of hotels and motels to live a healthy happy less stress filled life and places like Delta Inn 78233 TX room 257 take my.hard earned money and tell me to move along. My stay will not be the four days I planned on staying and will be reserved at another hotel if this is too much of a problem to fix.

Dirty rooms unfriendly staff

On April 18 I check in room 119 the room was filty dirty just nasty like no one clean it they check me into room 107 this room was not much Better trash can no trash bag no towels no soap on half roll of toilet paper sheets stained hole in bathroom wall damn near can see other room lamp shades dirty beds no made correctly A/C all broken in barely works.they need to replace all furniture.I only stay cause it was cheap but never will I stay again especially with my baby. They need to uplift all there room or they'll never have good business
