Della Corales

I actually have had a similar experience as the reviewer below. I was due for a cleaning and went in for a first appt with Dr. Corales. I was baffled when the cleaning took 10 mins max and seemed to consist of only brushing - none of the meticulous scraping and prodding and high pressure washing you'd expect from a cleaning. I was disappointed because I'd just switched to Corales after a terrible experience at Monarch Dental (which also involved a short, sloppy cleaning after a cut to the underside of my tongue). After the cleaning, Corales came in, looked in my mouth and, like the person below, said everything was fine.



I never went back...

please accept the following commentary and review with the spirit in which I share my creepy experience with Dr. Corales.



I waited for over an hour past my scheduled appointment. Dr. Corales finally appeared from behind a closed bathroom door. Then, my dental visit with Dr. Corales lasted less than 5 minutes in which she did absolutely nothing to my teeth - did not x-ray or cleaned my teeth. She looked into my mouth all of 2 or 3 minutes and told me I was fine. That was it! When I asked her assistant, she looked at me with a blank look after I asked her if this was a joke. Dr. Corales quickly disappeared into a bathroom and never returned.



I filed a complaint with my insurance company. The insurance carrier followed up with the Dr. Corales whom reported that I refused to have my teeth x-ray or cleaned.



I strongly advise anyone to not use Dr. Corales' services. Her behavior is unethical and immoral. Something in that bathroom was really occupying her time.
