Great selection and not pushy I ordered my dress couldnt wait for it to come in when it arrived i went in to try it on wow just as pictured it very little alterations,the seamtress was great a little hard to understand sometimes since i dont speak spanish but she was very professional after she finished the fit was prefect I am glad I went there. went to four different bridal salons and this one was by far the best! I was originally helped by Evelyn when I went in November. I found a wonderful dress that I fell in love with, but I was second guessing the dress so I went shopping again in December. My last stop in December was back here and I tried that dress on again. It was meant to be! I was the first to try the dress on at the salon and according to the owner (who helped me in December), no one else had tried it on since me (she sweared to God!). Not only that, but it was my size and it was on sale. My decision was made extremely easy! I bought the dress and I couldn't be more thrilled! I can't wait to see how my family and friends reacts! I know this dress is going to so comfortable and beautiful on my big day!

The manager, Jay, absolutely went above & beyond the call of duty to get the dress right. My daughter was very distraught when the dress required a second fitting (meaning another trip from out of town and another missed day of work) but Dora cleared her calendar for that day, altered the dress according to the directions given over the phone & by Jay, and the dress fit beautifully. We were treated with respect and courtesy by everyone on the Southside staff and deeply appreciated their extra efforts to make things right.

I had a wonderful experience with Debi's Bridal. Maria, and the entire staff were so helpful and friendly. They let me come back later the same day with my mother (who came in from out of town just to see what we found) and I bought a dress right off the rack (lucky find). This is the one and only time I'll get married, but if I had to, I'd come back for another dress!!

I think I had 2 fittings and then one appointment to pick up my dress. I had no issues with alterations. My dress fit perfectly!

The Debis on 309 Loop 410: is a larger, brighter, newer store. The staff is so professional. the seamstress is a gem! And the owner (Debi) is equally wonderful - they know how to run a bridal shop. I purchased my dress at Debis & have nothing but praises for them.

My bridesmaids and I all had a wonderful experience at Debi's Bridal. Four of my bridesmaids, my mother and my aunt all joined me on my hunt for the perfect wedding dress. I had made an appointment for myself at 11 and for the bridesmaids at 12:30. Monica greeted me after I filled out a short form for the store. She asked a few simple questions about what I was looking for before she turned to the racks. My entourage also took to the racks selecting a few dresses to try on. Monica systematically placed the dresses in the dressing room. As I tried on each dress, she didn't say much but she definitely listened! Because of that she pulled three additional dresses and one of them was THE DRESS! Then it was time for the bridesmaids hunt. By that time, the store manager stepped in to assist Monica with finding some good options. The final dress again was the favorite of my bridesmaids! On my second visit to Debi's bridal I found the dress of my dreams! Designer Kitty Chen's Venice. The service was pretty good, the girls were all sweet. I would not change a thing about my flower head piece or my fantastic dress.

I went to Debi's bridal after viewing several dresses online and I wasn't disappointed; they have a great selection at a variety of price ranges. I lost a bit of weight between buying my dress and my wedding date and they were able to alter my dress in time for my wedding; I cannot tell you how many compliments I received and I didn't spend an arm and leg. I would definitely recommend Debi's to any bride to be.

I went to the Debi's Bridal on NW Loop 410 and found that they were amazing and super helpful. I made an appointment for the middle of the week and got to have my own personal experience with my mom and my sister. There was no one else there but us that day, which made me feel really special. My sales lady even picked out the dress I ended up buying and wearing on my wedding day. The ladies there are amazing, they even helped me find a last minute jacket to cover my shoulders for a Catholic ceremony just a few days before my wedding. They really saved my butt and I am forever thankful.

I came to Debi's bridal to shop for bridesmaid dresses. We had an appointment on a Saturday morning and were promptly shown the dress selection. I had five bridesmaids with me and they were selecting every dress they could find. The ladies at Debi's were so patient and provided their insight. In the end we decided on a beautful dress from Mori Lee. It was a really great shopping experience. I can't wait to see the dresses when they come in!

This is a true bridal store,its bright & open. Fitting rooms are a little larger. Most racks are bridal gowns. beautiful. The staff is so professional & most are wearing suits. The seamstress & owner (the owner is a lady at this location) were so classy & sweet. I felt very comfortable buying my dress here & leaving it here for alterations.

Don't expect a good experience. I put my dress on layaway and put down $200, which was about 25% of the total cost of the dress. I did not *SIGN* any contract that said my $$ was not refundable. I was also told by the OWNER and several of the employees that the dress could not be ordered until I had paid for at least half of the dress. They went and ordered the dress anyway, without calling to ask my permission. Now my fiance has been deployed and we're having to cancel our wedding and they refuse to give me MY $$ back because of their error. STAY AWAY. FAR AWAY.
